Tender Description

Mosman Council is requesting a Schedule of Rates for the maintenance of various Council Open Space and Park Assets up to the value of $100,000 annually.

Successful Tenderers will be added to a Panel of Contractors for maintenance works until the completion of this contract on 31 August 2027.

Assets include outdoor furniture, bins, plaques, playground fencing and gates, tree planting, sandstone edging installation, vegetation clearances, small branch pick-ups and pressure washing.
