Tender Description

Scope:

  • Civil and Structural works for construction of a single accessible toilet located near the river end of Kelso Jetty Road.
  • Civil work includes road widening for on street parking, concrete crossovers, driveways and onsite parking area.
  • Removal of large Macrocarpa stumps.
  • Ramps and footpaths for access.
  • Stormwater drainage as shown.
  • Structural works include slab and erection of supplied prefabricated toilet kit.
  • Supply and install pump out wastewater system with two inground 8000L concrete tanks.
  • Supply and install water supply tank and pumping system.
  • Fencing around 378m2 block.
  • Landscaping including ground shaping, retaining wall, mulching and plantings.
