AG004540 Essential Safety Measures (ESM) Invitation to Supply (ITS) aims to find a suitable supplier to undertake inspection, testing and maintenance activities on items that are subject to a Maintenance Schedule or Maintenance Determination* for VicTrack-owned managed assets, in accordance with Regulation 216(2) of the Regulations, which specifies that each Essential Safety Measures item:

•  Performs at the level to fulfil its purpose specified in the maintenance schedule; and
•  Is inspected, tested, and maintained in accordance with the requirements specified in the maintenance schedule.

Invitees are advised that:

• Tender documents will be accessible via the Buying for Victoria portal at https://tenders.vic.gov.au.
• A valid Fair Jobs Code Certificate is mandatory for participation.
• Pre-qualification through VicTrack's compliance partner, Avetta, is a pre-requisite for the final contract execution (not required for Invitation submission). Costs associated with this registration may be included in the tender submission for any potential supplier not currently pre-qualified.
