Roofing Contractor Registration of Interest for Metal Roofing like-for-like replacement at Peninsula Primary School

⁠⁠⁠Peninsula Primary School is located at 22 Waipani Road, Te Atatu Peninsula, Auckland.

The school is undertaking roof remediation works to several areas of its existing classrooms. A summary of some of the key items is below:

•  Replacement of barge, ridge and apron flashings.
•  Replacement of membrane gutter and sump
•  Installation of wide metal over flashing
•  Installation of new metal gutter.
•  Replacement of trough section metal roof (approx. 520m2)
•  Decommission HVAC unit and recommission once roof works completed.
•  Decommission and remove boiler pipework.
•  Install monkey toe type system for building service conduits.
