Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Overview

The Ministry of Education (NZ) is seeking registrations of interest from a main building contractor to carry out flooring and pinboard replacement works at Rutherford School.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Block 1, Rooms 4, 5, 6, 7 and Resource: supply, preparation and installation of new carpet tiles to replace existing carpet, as lifecycle replacement of flooring
  • Block 1, Rooms 4, 5, 6, 7 and Resource: supply, preparation and installation of new vinyl to replace existing vinyl, as lifecycle replacement of flooring
  • Block 1, Rooms 4, 5, 6 and 7: removal of existing pin-board and replacement with new acoustically rated and fire resistant composition pin-board
  • Block Temp, Room 2: lifecycle replacement of flooring, including removal of existing vinyl and replacement with new vinyl
