Re: Tender Release Notice– Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Platform

Northern Health has released the Request for Tender (RFT) for the supply, implementation, and support of a modern enterprise service management platform that supports a full suite of service management functions including incident and request management, change control, configuration management and knowledge sharing. The platform will play a key role in enabling consistent service delivery, enhancing the end-user experience and providing data-driven insights into service performance.
