The City of Burnside (the Council) invites tenders for the provision of supply and delivery of two (2) Single Axle Tipper Trucks.

Vehicle 1

Supply and delivery of one (1) truck with Auto Transmission and Chipper Tipping Body with a GVM of approximately 11,000 kg.

Council is also keen to explore the availability of a Hybrid or Electric truck with a GVM of approximately 11,000 kg. Please provide additional costings and details if available.

Vehicle 2

Supply and delivery of one (1) Single Axle tipper truck with Auto Transmission with a GVM of approximately 8,500 kg for City Clean (Quick Response) Team Operations. The new truck will be a replacement of our existing city clean truck, the truck will be used for the transportation of mulch, tree limbs, loams, rubble, gross pollutant trap material and a variety of dumped items. Council is also keen to explore the availability of a Hybrid or Electric truck with a GVM of approximately 8,500 kg Council is also keen to explore the availability of a Hybrid or Electric truck with a GVM of approximately 8,500 kg.

Please note there will be a viewing of the trade-in vehicles on Thursday 31st July between 9.30 - 10.30am at the City of Burnside Depot.

A briefing session will be held at Burnside Depot - 580 Glynburn Road, Beaumont, SA, Australia, 5066 on 9:30 am 31 July 2025.

Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
