EOI Registration Holy Rosary Primary School - White Hills (Stage 3)

Expressions of Interest are invited from registered builders for the construction of Holy Rosary Primary School (White Hills), being the third of four development stages. The works include demolition of an existing teaching Building to enable the construction of a new junior school teaching Building, and associated site works.

Registrations are to include detailed information pertaining to managerial resources, examples of similar completed projects, referees, QA, IR, and OH&S.

Provide evidence of the tenderer's financial capacity to execute the works including a copy of audited Profit and Loss accounts and Balance Sheets for the previous two years, or a similar summary that accurately discloses the respondent's true financial position.
