The Central Victorian Greenhouse Alliance (‘CVGA’), on behalf of its participating member councils (‘Participating Councils’), is seeking Expressions of Interest (‘EOI’) from suitably qualified and experienced parties to supply, install, operate and maintain a regional network of public electric vehicle (‘EV’) charging stations on council land across participating municipalities in central and north-west Victoria.

The purpose of the Expression of Interest (‘EOI’) process is to:

• Identify suitably qualified and experienced Charge Point Operators, and understand their level of interest, capability, and capacity to supply, install, operate and maintain EV charging infrastructure on council land across the region; and

• Inform council planning towards a future limited Request for Tender (RFT).
