Tender Description

This Tender is invited by the Issuer.

The Senior M365/Cloud Engineer will provide professional and efficient technical support and administration services, working closely with a team of engineering peers and other technical specialists to support the Department’s Project and BAU sustainment activities. 

Our Program has a strong commitment to customer service and collaboration across a multi-sourced environment.   

Part of the Senior M365 / Cloud Engineers role involves: 

  • Ongoing participation in the design, build and implementation of the Program’s solution, including service optimisation, service improvement, sustainment and business continuity. 
  • Participation in cyber and physical security support and advice to our clients, including Minister’s offices, department staff, executive and portfolio agencies. 
  • Delivery of key enhancements and projects with a strong focus on uplifting department capability, driving innovation, data analytics and automation. 
  • Development and delivery of engagement and awareness products to support our clients. 

Our team is responsible for defining, building and delivering highly available, customer centric ICT services to the Department and Portfolio agencies.
