BBSC are seeking submissions for the migration of data from legacy platforms to a common Technology One configuration. The Migration work is part of the Future Ready Program specifically the Core Systems project – uplifting the current Technology One Ci (on premise) to TechnologyOne CiA ERP (SaaS).

The data migration work forms part of the Core Systems project, which has been established to re-implement our existing TechnologyOne solutions into the TechnologyOne OneCouncil SaaS solution, including migrating existing data from our on-premise solutions to the new SaaS environment.

The Data Migration scope will include:

• extracting data from our existing source systems (refer Schedule 1)
• cleaning and mapping the data to suit the new environment
• Importing data into the new SaaS environment
• reconciling and testing data to ensure its accuracy and completeness
• undertaking test data migration cycles to confirm timing and prove processes
• undertaking data migration and testing for go-live
• providing post go-live support and assistance to the Council
• project management and risk mitigation processes
