To ensure clarity of the scope of works required in a Tenderer’s submission, it is strongly recommended that all Tenderers attend a tender briefing and site inspection at 10:30am Friday 1st August 2025 at Meeting point RECEPTION, Southern Aurora Centre, Bunurong Memorial Park. All questions must be submitted by 10:00am Wednesday 6th of August 2025 and will be responded to no later than 2.00pm Tuesday 12th of August 2025.

Briefing System

A briefing session will be held at 790 Frankston - Dandenong Rd, Dandenong South, VIC, Australia, 3175 on 1 August 2025 10:00 am.

Notes: A site visit is scheduled to take place on the Friday the 1st of August 2025 at 10:00am. Please meet at Bunurong Memorial Park (BMP) Southern Aurora Centre Reception.
