Key duties and responsibilities of the role include but not limited to:

• Utilise both agile and waterfall methodologies to drive and manage the delivery of Network Operations Projects, including their transition to BAU.
• Work with a range of stakeholders including external vendors and subject matter experts,
• Produce and manage effective project management artefacts including project plan, status reports, risk and lesson learned registers.
• Establish and manage the project baseline, then management of project through to closure.
• Work collaboratively with the Program Manager and support the objectives and outcomes of the program to support the successful delivery of Network Operations projects.
• Maintain relationships and act as a liaison between relevant stakeholders
• Manage complex implementation and testing activities in accordance with DPS maintenance/ change windows.
• Prepare reports and highlight project issues to executive management, helping them to make strategic decision
• Adopt a pragmatic approach on a broad range of tasks and projects with a customer-centre focus and approach.
