Tender Description

Swan Hill Rural City Council invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors, under a construction-only contract, to deliver the construction of the Robinvale Riverfront Terraces, as per the designs provided.

The scope of works includes:

  •  Construction of proprietary concrete sleeper retaining walls of varying heights (600mm and 900mm), including bored piers and steel posts in accordance with structural drawings;
  •  Installation of a 1.5m wide, 125mm thick reinforced concrete footpath (with SL82 mesh), and a 2m x 4m picnic table slab with matching reinforcement;
  •  Demolition and removal of existing retaining walls and bollards as marked;
  •  Reinstatement of the existing path and surfaces disturbed during construction;
  •  Provision of all site establishment, temporary fencing, safety signage, and environmental controls.
