Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The procurement is an open tender for the design, supply and installation of solar panels and storage batteries at the following two sites:

  • Morphettville Park Sports and Community Club
  • Southern Soccer Facility

The intention is to award a contract to one company for the design, supply and installation at both sites. The award will not be split into a design contract and a supply-installation contract.

The Tender Site Briefing and Inspection details are shown. Tenderers are to bring any subcontractors who need to view the distribution boards to the briefing/inspection.

The evaluation criteria and weightings are shown in Part A Conditions of Tendering, section 7.

A briefing session will be held at Southern Soccer Facility, corner Majors Rd and Adams Rd, Trott Park, Marion, SA, Australia, 5158 on 10:30 am 1 August 2025.

Notes: Meet in carpark. Access to carpark is off Adams Road.Inspection at Morphettville Park Sports will follow.

NOTE: Bring any subcontractors who need to inspect the electrical distribution boards.
