Tender Description
The required services include grounds maintenance, litter control and cleaning services for the common areas of public housing unit complexes in various locations throughout the Darwin Region. Successful contractors will be required to provide fixed scheduled services, as well as respond to requests from the Superintendent for additional services on an ‘as and when required’ basis.
