The proposed building services work for the facilities include:

• Removable carpet tiles for sports floor zone protection during particular events

• All abilities access to meet building code and Universal Design

• All abilities access enhancements in the building including the external access

• Pedestrian paths / connections

• Installation of a broadcasting platform to provide an elevated broadcast position for televised events (i.e. NBL1)
