Tender Description
Wyndham City Council seeks Expressions of Interest to partner with a suitable sub-tenant for the Little River Railway Station to deliver a Multi-functional and Interactive Community Hub providing meeting, information, arts local history, education and technology activity spaces. The subtenant would be responsible for the ongoing management of the premises.
