The Principal invites Tenderer(s) to submit a Tender for the provision of Plant Hire Services.

The provision of plant hire to the City is required to supplement the City’s fleet of plant on an as required basis. The City will only require the use of construction plant and equipment hire from external contractors in the event the City’s plant and equipment is unavailable.

Please refer to the tender documentation issued for further details regarding the full scope of services required under this contract.

Late tenders will not be accepted.

Draft Contract:

Your organisation must review the Contract Terms & Conditions issued with this tender, as per Response Schedule 'Compliance and Conformance COM2' section and submit any contract departures at time of tender submission.

Contract departures submitted at Tender will not exclude tender from evaluation.

All questions within the schedule must be responded to, so it is imperative that tenderers are aware of the format and content of the schedule when collating their tender submission and follow this format when submitting. All submissions are to be provided online as an electronic response through this portal, with documentation supporting responses added where necessary.

All questions are to be addressed via the tendering portal. Note closing date for questions, no questions will be responded to after closing date for questions.

The advised submission format is Word, excel, pdf, and JPEG. Other formats have been found to corrupt or not be able to open.

All Tenderers are asked to respond to each question separately, and not be referenced, for example, ‘Please see in the summary’.

Tenders are asked to only reference pricing in the PRIC1 Pricing Schedule document.
