Tender Description

This Tender is invited by the Issuer.

Conducting research to explore attitudes towards, as well as use and outcomes of digital health technologies (including Agency products and capabilities) is a core function of the Research, Evaluation & Statistics team at the Australian Digital Health Agency (ADHA). To achieve this, the provision of research participant panels, including but not limited to consumers, health professionals and patients, to support research must be flexible, broad, scalable and encompassing.

Previously, ADHA has engaged indirectly with participant recruitment organisations through research organisations that have performed in-person and virtual studies with great success. The Agency now seeks to continue its additional in-house research and testing, through a procurement directly with one or more participant recruitment organisations who can offer a consistent, transparent approach to participant recruitment with potential for economies of scale.

The Agency requires access to and supply of participant recruitment panels with consumers, carers, healthcare providers (HCPs) and healthcare administrative staff:

  • regular and one-off online surveys (including, as required, survey programming and distribution);
  • online and face-to-face focus groups, potentially with a subset of survey participants;
  • online and face-to-face interviews, potentially with a subset of survey participants.

As stated, participant recruitment is required for healthcare providers, consumers, patients and healthcare administrative staff. This may include target populations such as vulnerable Australians (including NDIS Participants; elderly people not in residential care, homeless; people experiencing domestic or family violence; People with languages other than English with less supports from the health system as well as other specified demographic groups. Access to facilitators for research with these groups may also be required.
