Tender Description
Renewal SA, through the Office for Regional Housing (OfRH), is inviting builders to submit designs and fixed costs for the construction of two- and three-bedroom dwellings on Lots 13, 14, 15 and 16, Duigan Street, Mount Gambier.
OfRH will select up to three builders to participate in the offer of “House, Land and Lease packages” for each of the allotments. The selected builders will gain the opportunity to secure design and construction contracts from investors, attracted by long term leasing commitments supplied by the Government of South Australia.
