Transport six modular dwellings from Perth to Derby and Onsite Installation

WA Country Health Service (WACHS) issues this Request to seek Offers for the transport of six only modular/prefabricated dwellings from Perth (Wangara and Landsdale) to Derby and onsite installation at Derby.

The dwellings include:

1. four only two bedroom / two bathroom modular/prefabricated dwellings, and
2. two only one bedroom / one bathroom dwellings

The successful Respondent will also re-assemble and install each dwelling on prepared sites on arrival at 14 Nevill St, Derby.

All works required to fulfil the transportation and installation project must comply with the documentation bound within this Request.

An online briefing session will be held on 30 July 2025 11:00 AM.

A non-mandatory online briefing to Respondents will be conducted at:

• Time: 11:00AM, Western Australia
• Location: Online via Teams.

The Respondent is requested to confirm its attendance by no later than 2:30 PM Western Australia, 28 July 2025 by email using the following link - wachs.sraupgrades@health.wa.gov.au - with the attendees name, email and contact number. A Teams meeting request will be forward to all attendees.
