This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade) seeks to procure specialist IT services to assess the quality and effectiveness of current client system and grant delivery processes of the Export Market Development Grants (EMDG) program, with a particular focus on the applicant experience engaging with Round 4 of the program.
This assessment will be provided as input to the 2025 Independent Review of the EMDG program. The Terms of Reference for the Independent Review focus on:
- Reviewing the quality of program delivery and applicant’s experience (particularly Round 4)
- Identifying how representative bodies and Austrade can work together to support their SME members to achieve export outcomes
- Exploring how EMDG fits within a whole-of-government support for SMEs engaging in international business.
The supplier will work closely with the independent reviewer and Austrade to ensure the assessment of the system design and delivery of EMDG is aligned with the terms of reference.
