Tender Description

Ventia, a leading infrastructure services provider across Australia and New Zealand, is proud to announce that we have been shortlisted by Social Housing to participate in the upcoming Property Maintenance Services Tender.

This significant project will deliver maintenance services to approximately 60,000 - 70,000 social housing properties across Victoria. The duration of the proposed contract is Five (5) years with a possibility of Two (2) x Two (2) year extension options. The contract is expected to commence on 1 July 2026.

As part of our tender preparation, Ventia is seeking expressions of interest from qualified subcontractors, who have experience in the Residential, Social and Affordable Housing sectors in the services identified below.
