The City of Stonnington, in collaboration with City of Port Phillip and City of Glen Eira, invites innovative providers to submit tenders for the delivery of Parking Services across our municipalities. This unique collaboration seeks to streamline and enhance parking operations through three primary service steams: Enforcement, Infringement Management and Digital Permit Solutions. Providers are encouraged to propose integrated, customer-focussed approaches that support compliance, efficiency and technological advancement.

An optional online briefing will be held on Friday 25 July at 10am. Tenderers can register to receive the Microsoft Teams meeting link – registration details can be found in Part A – Request for Tender.

NOTE: The online forum closes on 13 August 2025. Council reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any Tender, or part thereof. Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
