Tender Description

Mosman Council is seeking quotations for the maintenance of HVAC systems, water treatment systems, and Building Management Systems across various site locations.

The scope of works includes:

  •  Provision of scheduled and reactive HVAC maintenance services.
  •  Development of a tailored preventative maintenance plan for each site.
  •  Verification and validation of the asset register.
  •  Submission of detailed service reports.
  •  Attend quarterly meetings.
  •  Provision of associated consultancy services and reporting
  •  Supply of chemicals for maintenance dosing
  •  BMS Reporting
  •  BMS Sensor calibration
