Islamic College of Melbourne (ICOM) is inviting suitably qualified and experienced OSHC service providers to submit a Request for Tender (RFT) to manage and operate Before School Care, After School Care, and Vacation Care services for our growing school community in Tarneit, Victoria. 

A new, purpose-built facility has been constructed, offering: 

- 173.6 sqm dedicated OSHC space
- Separate kitchen and bathroom facilities
- Additional tutoring room (3:20pm – 6:20pm daily)

We are seeking a provider who can:

- Operate from 6:20am–8:20am and 3:30pm–6:30pm on school days
- Provide engaging, age-appropriate programs
- Manage CCS administration
- Supply snacks and equipment
- Maintain a 1:10 staff-to-student ratio

It is a bonus (not a requirement) if providers can also offer Primary and Secondary tutoring services in the dedicated tutoring room.
