The Australian and South Australian governments have committed $200 million to fund the Design and Construction of a Managed Motorway between Crafers and Glen Osmond on the South Eastern Freeway. These works will complement previously completed Managed Motorway Measures from Crafers to Stirling, and the recently completed Heysen Tunnels Refit and Safety Upgrade Project.

The Department for Infrastructure and Transport (the Department) invites suitably experienced and prequalified companies to submit a Registration of Interest (ROI) for the Design and Construction of the South Eastern Freeway Managed Motorway (Crafers to Glen Osmond), Contract No. 24C148.

Following this ROI, competitive Expression of Interest (EOI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) stages will be conducted to establish a GC21 Design and Construct contract to deliver the Managed Motorway.

Companies must successfully respond to the ROI attached with this Notice and execute the Deed of Confidentiality to receive further project information. Project information will be provided with the subsequent EOI call.

This ROI is not competitive. While it is intended to complete the ROI prior to commencement of the EOI stage, parties will not be precluded from registering after EOI commencement, however, no extensions of time will be granted for late registration.

Registrants must meet the minimum Department pre-qualification requirements under the National Roadworks and Bridgework prequalification system as follows:
