ABOUT THE RFT:

The University of Adelaide is seeking submissions from qualified suppliers for the procurement of Electric Vehicles (EVs) as a pilot to replace existing internal combustion engine (ICE) fleet vehicles and reduce direct emissions. This initiative is part of a broader suite of emissions reduction activities under the University's Here for good sustainable Strategy. The RFT outlines the requirements and evaluation criteria for the supply, delivery, and support to EV's suitable for the University's fleet applications.

ENQUIRIES must be directed via the online forum in the tendering portal. The online forum will be open for enquiries until 1:00pm (ACST) on Wednesday 30 July 2025.

SUBMISSIONS:

Completed responses must be submitted via the electronic tender box on the tendering portal. Tenderers will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. Should assistance be required please use the online manual on the portal under Support/Online Manuals/Making a Submission

The University is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender, or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful tenderer as it sees fit.

Staff of the University are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the tender.

Late, verbal or emailed tenders will not be accepted.
