Overview

Up to $6.63 million is available under Round 3 of the 100 Neighbourhood Batteries (100NB) Program. Grant applications open from 15 July to 15 September 2025. $400,000 is available per battery.

• Multi-battery applications are welcome.
• You must submit your application by 11 am, Monday 15 September 2025.
• If you apply for funding, you must be able to complete your project by 31 August 2027.
• We will only accept late applications where it doesn’t affect the integrity of the application process.

Key dates

• Applications open: Tuesday 15 July 2025
• Questions close: 5 pm, Monday 8 September 2025
• Applications close: 11 am, Monday 15 September 2025
• Applicants notified and agreement executed: February 2026
• Activities commence: March 2026
• Activities completed and acquittal reports submitted: August 2027

We will notify you about your application in writing following the assessment process:

• all decisions are final and are not subject to further review
• unsuccessful applicants can ask for feedback on their application.
