Tender Description

The Contract involves the construction of the Frederick Street and Mechanics Lane Streetscape upgrade, generally between Mostyn and Templeton Streets in Castlemaine and including works in Mechanics Lane and Lyttleton Street.

Works include:

  •  Demolition of the existing pavement and footpaths
  •  Construction of drainage infrastructure
  •  Provision of new pavement, footpaths and threshold paving treatments
  •  Provision of new landscaping
  •  Provision of new lighting and electrical works
  •  Construction of a new stage area next to the town hall

Mandatory Tenderer Information Briefing and Site Visit

Interested tenderers are required to attend a mandatory information briefing and site visit. For a tender to be considered for evaluation tenderers must have attended this session.
