Melton City Council is seeking submissions from consultants with sub-consultancy teams to collaborate with Council to prepare the following for Blackwood Drive Recreational Reserve – Sportsground Upgrades outlined in this document.

The scope of works shall involve the following:

• Site Analysis

• Establishment of Existing Site Conditions.

• Development of Concept Plan to schematic design.

• Detailed Design for Construction Tender.

• Development of Construction Documentation

• Construction Administration and Supervision including assistance with Head Contractor tender evaluation.

• Management and coordination of the Defect Liability Period.
