School Property Support Services

Whanau Mercy Ministries Trust (referred to as "the Trust", "the Buyer", or "us") is seeking to appoint a capable, experienced, and values-aligned provider to deliver Property Support Services for our education property portfolio: five Mercy-founded state integrated schools located in Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch.

The successful Respondent will play a key role in supporting the Trust's stewardship of these sites by delivering safe, compliant, future-focused, and mission-aligned property solutions.

The work will include strategic and advisory support in:

• Property condition and compliance assessments
• Master planning support
• Preventative maintenance planning and property decision-making
• Capital works planning, early-stage advice and support of projects through to completion
