The purpose of this contract is for Council to engage the services of a suitably qualified and experienced contractor with the necessary resources to provide a condition audit for all the council Open Space and Recreation assets.

A full condition audit of open space and recreation assets will provide council with the latest information on the current condition and replacement value of the entire asset class in the municipality. A long-term capital works renewal program and a report on condition, defects, maintenance and renewal costs will be subsequently developed.

Council is seeking to award a contract to a qualified contractor for a Contract Period of six (6) months (initial term), to commence works on 1 September 2025.
