Kindergartens Lease

Colac Otway Shire is seeking, (through an Expression of Interest process), Early Years Management Organisations to operate the kindergarten services through sites at Apollo Bay, Colac East, Winifred Nance and Wydinia Kindergartens, through lease/license agreements with Council.

note for those suppliers intending to submit a response.

Please allow sufficient time to complete the loading of your submission via the eProcure portal before the EOI close date and time, noting that large files may take some time to load. Failure to complete your submission by the EOI close time will result in being shut out of the portal. Late submissions will not be accepted unless it can be proven that exceptional circumstances prevented the timely upload of your response.
