COPACC Centre Lease

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking to secure a tenant to operate the Colac Otway Performing Arts & Cultural Centre.

Council's purpose in undertaking this Invitation is:

• To provide sufficient details to enable prospective Proponents to make an assessment of the full COPACC complex and prepare an informed Proposal; and
• To enable Council to identify Proposals which meet Council's objectives for the Cinema and the broader use and activation of the COPACC complex.

*note for those suppliers intending to submit a response. Please allow sufficient time to complete the loading of your submission via the eProcure portal before the EOI close date and time, noting that large files may take some time to load. Failure to complete your submission by the EOI close time will result in being shut out of the portal. Late submissions will not be accepted unless it can be proven that exceptional circumstances prevented the timely upload of your response.
