The Transport Accident Commission (TAC) invites responses to a Request for Information (RFI) for a Statutory Insurance Core Platform (SICP).

Overview:

The purpose of this market approach is to identify a fit-for-purpose solution that addresses the core needs of claims management. Specifically, TAC is seeking a modern, maintainable Statutory Insurance Core that enables faster implementation of scheme and policy changes, improves operational efficiency, and supports integration with TAC's existing and future state platforms. 

This RFI is Stage 1 of a proposed two-stage procurement process, designed to address existing problem statements and the shortlisting of Statutory Insurance Core Platform(s), with the view to conducting a Stage 2 restricted RFT, to then include Implementation Partners. There is no expectation that Implementation Partners will need to respond to the Stage 1 RFI.
