Tender Description

The City of Fremantle is seeking submissions from suitably experienced and qualified contractors to establish three (3) separate individual tenancy areas with integral offices at Walyalup Civic Centre, 151 High St Fremantle.

The works are to incorporate HVAC, electrical services and the extension of wet and dry fire systems. The construction area comprises a floor area of 975mÂ² and has AHUs and electrical metering and cable trays installed to accommodate the proposed layout.
