The Shire of Donnybrook Balingup is seeking to engage a suitably experienced contractor to undertake road upgrade projects of Smith Street and Timms Street Donnybrook.

The Contract may be awarded to a sole respondent who demonstrates the ability to provide a best value for money approach to this request, tendered prices will be assessed together with qualitative and compliance criteria to determine the most advantageous outcome to the Principal.

Tenders not submitted this way will not be accepted for evaluation. The lowest or any response will not necessarily be accepted.
