ABOUT THE DIOCESE of Maitland Newcastle: The Diocese of Maitland Newcastle represents the Catholic Church in a region extending from Lake Macquarie to Taree and as far inland as Merriwa and Murrurundi. A diocese is simply a community of Christ's faithful; it represents a portion of the people of God in a particular area, which is entrusted to a Bishop.
ABOUT THE EOI
The Catholic Diocese of Maitland Newcastle (CDMN) invites Respondents to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for St Catherine's College, Singleton Welding Bay Project as per the terms and conditions set out in this EOI.
In participating in the EOI process and in submitting an EOI, the Respondent agrees to be bound by this EOI.
Scope:
The CDMN represents the Catholic Church in a region extending from Lake Macquarie to Taree and as far inland as Merriwa and Murrurundi. The CDMN, is committed to a vision, in which current and future Catholic school needs are energetically met.
The basis for this EOI is for the construction of Additional Welding Bays including the following:
• Extend Slab ad roof line,
• Install new roller doors,
• Switchboards, ventilation and lighting upgrades,
• Equipment, and
• External paths and stormwater.
SUBMISSIONS
Please note all submissions must be collated into a single (1) pdf file.
Completed responses must be submitted via the electronic tender box .Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.
The Diocese of Maitland Newcastle is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit.
