Provide strategic communications planning and artefact creation in support of a business focussed transformation. Work closely with the programme and support an executive business process owner focussed workshop to distil the relevant information to inform high level strategic communications on vision, key staff impacts and messages for 3 levels of audience - the Board, Defence Force members and DHA internal staff.

The resultant information and product must be appropriate to cascade strategic communication messaging to relevant audiences. DHA require this to be delivered by the end of July 2025.
