Council is seeking responses to this Invitation from suitably qualified suppliers for the provision of roof, gutter & solar panel cleaning services across Council owned buildings in the Swan Hill Municipality.

The scope of works is divided into the following three packages:

Part A: Swan Hill and surrounding localities

Part B: Robinvale and surrounding localities

Part C: Swan Hill Performing Arts and Conference Centre (Swan Hill Town Hall)

The Respondent must nominate the package(s) of Works it wishes to offer and may submit a proposal for an individual package, multiple packages, or the entire bundle of Works. However, the proposal must cover the full scope of each nominated package.

Council may choose to Award the contract to one supplier for all the services or, if it is more suitable, may select multiple suppliers for different work packages.

Briefing Session: A non-mandatory briefing session will be conducted via MS Teams at 11:00AM AEST, 15 July 2025. To register your interest, please tenders@swanhill.vic.gov.au by 4:00PM Monday 14 July 2025.
