Expression of Interest for Building Contractor Two Minor Internal Refurbishment Projects

The Islamic School of Canberra invites submissions from suitably qualified contractors to tender on two minor internal refurbishment projects at its Weston site in the ACT.

Construction to commence September 2025.

The projects are:

1. 123sqm student amenity upgrades and associated external paving.

2. 245sqm science classroom, storage spaces and Staff Room fitout.

Contractors will need to show:

• Sensitivity to the nature of a school environment.
• Successful completion of similar projects.
• Construction experience in the control of cost and time issues.
• The technical capacity, financial and physical resources to deliver the project.

A short list will be selected from the submissions received and these firms will be invited to Tender early August 2025.
