ABOUT THE EOI

The Catholic Diocese of Maitland Newcastle (CDMN) invites Respondents to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Sports Field Remediation project at St John The Baptist Primary School, Maitland as per the terms and conditions set out in this EOI.

In participating in the EOI process and in submitting an EOI, the Respondent agrees to be bound by this EOI.

Tenders close at 3pm AEST on 28/7/2025. Submissions must be fully received by this time. The Diocese of Maitland Newcastle is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit
