The City of Ballarat is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and resourced Design Teams to familiarise themselves with this project to date, develop the designs and documentation required for its full delivery, acquire all permits and other authority approvals, and assist the City of Ballarat (CoB) Project Manager in their role as Superintendent in delivering this project throughout the Tendering, Construction, and Defects liability phases.
