Expressions of interest (EOI) are invited from vendors offering solutions that deliver the core functionality of an Asset Management Information System (AMIS) as outlined below.

The purpose of seeking EOI is to determine a shortlist of candidates to be invited to tender for a contract for the supply, implementation, integration and support of a resilient cloud-based AMIS platform.

Council’s preference is for a single-provider turnkey solution, however submissions are also welcomed from vendors of solutions that deliver one or more of the core functions below.

The AMIS is a software platform that will provide a single source of truth for Council's asset data, including:

• Asset register - authoritative and comprehensive data about more than 500,000 Council assets

• Asset financials - includes accounting, valuation and measure, materials, date of construction, useful life, plus planned and reactive maintenance records, to predict required investment in creating, maintaining, renewing and disposing of assets, thus modelling to model depreciation records for each valued asset and incorporates tools to generate and maintain these records

• Asset lifecycle forecasting - processes asset data including network near- and long-term budgetary requirements

• Asset maintenance and works management - creation and end-to-end management of reactive maintenance requests; creation and scheduling of job plans for planned maintenance; management of maintenance teams and plant to complete works

A device agnostic mobility solution will also be required for managing asset and maintenance data in the field.

Registrations must be lodged electronically and all enquiries regarding the EOI should be submitted via that same website. All enquiries must be submitted no later than five business days before the date for lodgement of registrations.
