Provision of Commercial Cleaning

Cobar Shire Council is seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the Provision of Commercial Cleaning to all Cobar shire council facilities for a period of 24 months from 1 September 2025 to 30 September 2027 with provision for 2 x 12-month options as stated in Clause 2.3 of the General Conditions of Contract.

Tenderers must comply with all the requirements of the specification and must satisfy Council's requested timeframes.

Council has 13 sites requiring cleaning services. Facilities include, but are not limited to, libraries, administration buildings, public toilets, community and childcare centres.
