The Country Fire Authority (CFA) is seeking to identify suitably qualified and experienced service providers to provide best practice mental health services to CFA employees, volunteers, immediate family members and agency/contractors (where appropriate).

The MAP and PTE support are a key component of CFA’s Organisational Wellbeing services. Members and their families reside across the state of Victoria with a significant proportion of users living in widespread regional areas beyond greater Melbourne. The service is expected to provide support and treatment throughout Victoria with both telehealth and face-to-face options. The large variation of domestic circumstances and the differing needs will require a flexible and responsive approach in the delivery of MAP and PTE support.
