The Department of Parliamentary Services, Parliament of Victoria, for and on behalf of the State of Victoria is seeking Responses to this Request for Expressions of Interest (Request) for the Design and Supply of Uniforms.

Respondents should refer to the Request documents, available for download, for a comprehensive description of the Request and Request Process.

Please note that for this Request for Expressions of Interest (REOI) stage, proposed terms and conditions of contract (typically outlined in Part C) are not being issued; however, such documentation may be provided as part of any subsequent Request Process or a further request document, should the Department elect to proceed with further procurement activities.

Scope of Work:

Suppliers are invited to express interest in providing:

• design services to develop a unified, professional uniform range for staff across multiple teams, including careful consultation with relevant stakeholders.

• brand integration, using Parliament of Victoria assets and brand components to produce uniform concepts that align with our branding and operational requirements

• supply of uniform items.

• optional distribution and fitting services, such as sizing consultations or managed rollouts.
