This Request for Tender is to engage the market to offer a refresh of the current Supply and Delivery of Quarry Products arrangement on behalf of Lockyer Valley Regional Council (Council).

Council regularly purchases and uses quarry products such as gravel, unsealed road maintenance, cover aggregate, crusher dust, sand, mulch, sandstone (ground cover and blocks) and more. As there are frequent requirements and costs for, and the manufacture, supply and delivery of, quarry products for projects, Council is seeking to continue the efficient and cost-effective process of engaging suitable Suppliers on an ad-hoc basis for a variety of quarry products via a Schedule of Rates and appoint awarded Suppliers into a Goods and Services Contract – Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) with Council.

Note: If you are an existing Supplier on Council’s LVRC-24-045 - Supply and Delivery of Quarry Products arrangement, there is no need to reapply.
